We ship your item within 24 hours of your order except weekends or holidays. Please enter the proper shipping address as we cannot be responsible for reshipment if we have received an incorrect address. We will ship anywhere in the world. If outside of the USA please email us with your exact address and we will email you with shipping charges.  We will ship Air shipping if you desire. We will ship either USPS or UPS. Please use our shipping calculator to determine your total costs. If you choose to return your handbag for any reason within 30 days you may exchange it for any handbag on our site of equal value. We will refund your money to you minus a 25 % shipping and restocking fee.
